Green Package: $10.00 Per Location / Month
- Add this to the basic package to have access to your Guest Feedback Data online around the clock.
- Add security levels for Location Managers, DM's, Owners, JLI Reps etc.
Gold Package: $15.00 Per Location / Month
- Add this to the basic package and receive everything in the Green Package PLUS:
- Access to the Complaint Management and Communication System
- E-mail reports of all open issues by location, region etc.
Platinum Package: $20.00 Per Location / Month
- Add this to the basic package and receive everything in the Gold Package PLUS:
- Categorized Complaint Responses
- Auto Responses to open Complaints and Issues
